As part of the Medical Marihuana Facility Licensing Act (MMFLA), the City of Lansing requires a $50,000 surety bond from businesses applying for any of the following license types, as part of City Codified Ordinances – Chapter 1300:
- Safety Compliance
- Provisioning Center
- Processor Facility
- Secure Transporter
- Grower Facility
