Arizona Electronic Record Access Surety Bonds

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) allows commercial, private and governmental businesses access to their system, as outlined in Title 28 – Article 5. With this access, motor vehicle records, driver’s license information as well as title and registration records for Arizona registered vehicles are easily obtained. Part of the application process with ADOT includes posting a surety bond. This surety bond guarantees all payments to ADOT for record access. The bond amount varies depending on the businesses volume and is calculated by the estimated billing amount multiplied by three. We suggest contacting ADOT to verify the amount required. In addition to this surety bond, applicants must complete Form 96-1086B form which indicates the type of record access needed.

Pacific Surety offers industry low rates and can obtain approvals for almost all credit situations. Once our simple application has been completed, we can have pricing to you within hours. If you have any specific questions, please contact our knowledgeable underwriting staff.
